Abigail Minzler, MSW
I am a licensed social worker based in Denver, Colorado. As someone who identifies as queer, I understand how difficult it can be to find a therapist you feel fully comfortable with. I provide individual therapy using an evidence-based approach rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). It is my goal to provide high quality, respectful care regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, ability, etc. I believe that the best therapy is collaborative and is completely tailored to what feels the most supportive for you!

More about
the QCC
The Queer Counseling Collective was founded by Dr. Alyssa Hamilton to bring Queer mental health providers together to provide affordable mental health care to the LGBTQIA+ community. We acknowledge that finding and accessing high quality mental health care can be challenging. We also know that members of the LGBTQIA+ community are almost twice as likely to struggle with some form of mental illness due to the discrimination and unique challenges that face the community. At Queer Counseling Collective, we are dedicated to providing a safe, affirming, and evidence-based space for the LGBTQ+ community to access high-quality, affordable mental health care. Our website serves as a comprehensive platform connecting LGBTQ+ individuals with skilled therapists who specialize in affirmative therapy approaches. We provide individual therapy, group therapy, consultation and supervision, and letters of support for gender affirming care.
